Former East LA College Ombuds Dies

Robert "R.C." Williams III, former student ombudsman at East Los Angeles College, died February 9 at the age of 60. Most recently, Williams was vice president of student services at ELAC, and had also served as director of Disabled Student Programs and Services, director of financial aid, student ombudsman, compliance officer and dean of student services.
