Ombuds Training in Tunisia

June 11 through 14, the International Ombudsman Association will offering four training courses for organizational in Tunis, Tunisia:

• Ombudsman 101, June 11 & 12, 2007 -- An introduction for new ombuds or those interested in organizational ombuds.
• Ombudsman Support Role, June 13, 2007 -- A program for administrative assistants and officers.
• Ombudsing in the Field, June 13, 2007 -- Practical training and theory to ensure effectiveness during a field visit.
• Helping People Come Forward, June 14, 2007 -- An examination of the reasons stakeholders are reluctant to come forward.
