Maricopa County Approves Plan for College Ombuds
The governing board of the Maricopa County Community College District unanimously approved 40 policy changes recommended by a panel of outside auditors and accountants. Those changes, which are intended to prevent employee fraud, included the creation of an ombudsman and a whistle-blower hot line.
