Last week, Princeton University Ombuds, D.A. Graham, was a guest on "The Problem is the Answer," a radio show about communication and conflict management by Bathabile K. S. Mthombeni, relationship coach, divorce mediator and former Columbia University Associate Ombuds.During the March 20th show, Graham told listeners about the role of an Organization Ombuds and spoke of the need for a national campaign to bring conflict management skills to the general public. He also suggested specific techniques that listeners could use to de-escalate high-conflict situations. Mthombeni's show can be heard live every week at 5pm Eastern and streamed on demand.
