Princeton is hiring a University Ombudsperson to work with all members of the campus community. In addition to conflict resolution, the Ombuds serves in an advisory capacity to the Provost and other senior administrators by identifying trends and emerging needs, and has general administrative responsibility over the Ombuds Office.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least five to seven years of relevant experience in higher education administration and/or professional Ombuds work. An advanced degree is preferred, as is prior work experience in an academic setting. Current salary range (FY 2010-11) is $67,300-$141,200. Priority deadline is June 21, 2011.
