The SDSU Office of the Ombudsman is seeking additional emeritus professors and retired staff members to supplement the work of the Ombudsman. The SDSU Volunteer Ombudsmen Program began almost three decades ago and serves the entire campus community. Volunteers assist the Ombuds Office on an "on-call" basis and are only on campus by appointment. The current SDSU Ombudsman is Marit Bessesen. (SDSU Ombuds.)
