UN Development Program Ombuds Report Warns of Retaliation Against Visitors
In response to the Secretariat's assertion that the UNDP had a "very good system in place" for whistleblowing, the Inner City Press revealed contrary findings by the ombudsperson. In addition to retaliation against visitors, the ombudsperson also found that UNDP staff have been warned about the consequences of saying certain things to the Ombudsperson -- a term that has been dubbed "pretaliation."
