AZ State Ombuds Hires Two

Arizona State Ombudsman, Patrick Shannahan, has hired two additional ombuds to mediate disputes between government agencies and people who request public records. The new staff members will help on three levels, Shannahan said: Coaching; Informal assistance; and Investigations. Services, which are confidential and free, are open to individuals and businesses.
