As part of its coverage of the Town of Chapel Hill's plan to create an Ombuds program, a local radio station interviewed UNC's Ombudsperson, Wayne Blair. Although Blair has agreed to assist local officials, there is no timetable for implementation of the Ombuds program. (1350 WCHL News.)
