Austin Community College will host the Ombuds of Texas on May 11, 2011. Osvaldo “Ralph” Osio, SPHR, who has worked for the state of Texas for over 27 years as a trainer, recruiter, and HR specialist, will speak on “Diversity Under the Scope.” “Communicating Negative Messages” will be be the topic for Travis Fowler of Alliance Work Partners, an expert in corporate training and customer service.
