Constance Bernard has joined the Ombuds Office at the World Bank Group. She has worked at the Bank for three decades at posts in Latin America, Europe and Central Asia, and Africa. Most recently, Bernard was the Director for Sustainable Development in the South Asia region. She earned degrees from Harvard and George Washington University.
