The international educational foundation is hiring an Ombudsman. The three-year position position can be "virtual" in nature with a preference for reasonable accessibility to one of the three IB Global Centers in Geneva, Bethesda and Singapore.
The position provides confidential, impartial, and informal assistance to any IB Stakeholder who has concerns or conflicts and is considered as the impartial ‘eyes and the ears’ of the organization. Among other qualifications, applicants should have previous experience as an Ombuds or Mediator with strong dispute resolution skills, and be a member of IOA. No salary indicated. Applications due by October 1, 2010.
