The IOI North American Region Newsletter highlights the work of Vice President and Ontario Ombudsman, André Marin. The newsletter lists the 14 current institutional and 8 individual IOI members in North America. It also reveals that IOI is planning a "World Conference" in Wellington, New Zealand for November 2012 to coincide with the 50-year anniversary of the Ombudsman institution in New Zealand.
