At its annual general meeting earlier this year, ISKCON's Governing Body Commission adopted terms of reference for its Ombuds Office, ISKCONResolve. The terms of reference are based on the terms of reference for the Ombuds Office at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and state that ISKCONResolve Ombuds adhere to the IOA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
