The public university in St. Catharines, has appointed Duncan McDonald as its Student Ombudsperson while Carole Moss is on leave. McDonald will serve a one-year term through September 2012. He introduces himself and provides an overview of his office in a short video on BrockTV.
McDonald has worked in the non profit world for twenty years, most recently as minister and CEO of Orillia Alliance Church. He earned his BA from Ambrose University and is completing an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University, specializing in organization behavior.
