The Loudoun County Public School Board has rejected a proposal to implement an Ombuds program to address parents' concerns. In spite of the vote, Tom Reed, an at-large member of the board and supporter of the plan, is seeking information about other school district Ombuds. (Loudoun Schools Dias.)
