Melissa Brodrick, the Ombudsperson for Harvard’s Medical School and its affiliate institutions, will explain the role of an Organizational Ombuds at the University of Massachusetts Boston on February 14, 2012. The event is offered as part of the Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies program in conflict resolution. UMass Boston does not have an Ombuds office, but UMass Amherst and UMass Dartmouth do.
