ICANN Ombuds Publishes Guide to Evaluating Ombuds

Frank Fowlie, the ICANN Ombudsman, has produced a guide entitled “A Practitioner’s Guide to Evaluating Ombudsman Offices.” The how-to manual covers organizational, classical, executive and hybrid ombuds and provides suggested strategies for evaluating and reporting.
