Melissa Brodrick, the Ombuds for the Harvard University Schools of Medicine, Dentistry and Public Health, will offer a one-hour teleseminar on March 23. The program is offered by the Community Dispute Settlement Center in Cambridge, MA, and is open to the public. Broderick's topic is, "My Role as an Ombuds: From the Diary of an Experienced Mediator."
