The IRS has reopened its search for a Director for its Proactive Resolution and Ed Division, a new program that will engage in conflict prevention outside of the EEO complaint and union grievance processes. In addition to overseeing several dispute resolution processes, the position will serve as the Organizational Ombudsman for IRS personnel.
