Research published in the Journal of Management Studies finds that perceived workplace injustices directly affect employees' ability to cope with workload demands and performance-related expectations. Cole, PhD, at Texas Christian University. (Wiley InterScience; UPI; Science Daily; hat tip to Mary Rowe.)
