UT is accepting applications for its first Staff Ombudsperson. The position will provide confidential, independent, informal and impartial assistance to campus staff following IOA Standards of Practice.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and three to five years of program experience in dispute resolution, organizational change, or closely related experience. A master's or other advanced degree and program development in a university environment is preferred. Experience as an Organizational Ombudsperson and fluency in Spanish are also a plus.
