The New Jersey offices of Professional Management Associates, LLC, are closed today due a power outage. The staff that support the International Ombudsman Association cannot receive calls or emails. Serious emergency can be directed to IOA Communications Committee Co-Chair Samantha Levine-Finley. PMA hopes to be back online tomorrow and will provide updates as conditions change. (IOA News.)
