The American Bar Association has posted a toolkit for the 2011 Mediation Week, which takes place October 16-22. The materials are designed for practitioners, organizations and bar associations and include sample talking points, presentations, videos and handouts. Ombuds, especially those who coordinate mediation programs, will find the toolkit relevant to their work.
